These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UCHI website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (the "Services"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on the Services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant invoice is issued with every order. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit order quantities at any time without prior notice.

Many of our lighting, wall art, tile, and decor pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or sourced in limited quantities. As a result, minor variations in colour, finish, grain, or texture between the product photography and the item you receive are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept payment via UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available at checkout. An order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised (or, for COD orders, once the order is placed) and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund timelines are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including product photography, text, graphics, logos, and the UCHI name and mark, is the property of UCHI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false or fraudulent orders, or using the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UCHI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services or products purchased through them. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UCHI harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. Any complaints or concerns regarding the Services may be addressed to:

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
